EFEX Warehouse Cargo Regulations

The following standards apply to all goods stored in EFEX. We will recommend and take full steps (charges) before storing or refusing to store the goods that do not meet the conditions below.

General standards:

• New, complete label, manufacturer's stamp.
• The shelf life of the goods is at least 6 months. Cases under 6 months old must be confirmed by the seller.
• The goods have complete documents and invoices.
• Goods with Vietnamese labels indicate origin and composition.
• 100% of the goods have undergone quantity control and bonding.
• Products that do not belong to prohibited commercial categories (linked to blog articles or listed)

Classification standards for goods:

• Class A: Standard goods: Normally imported.
• Damage level 1: The goods have slight deformation, scratches, packaging, outer shell, and internal products (stamps, seals) are intact and undamaged.
• Damage level 2: Damaged packaging, casing, seals are lost, product seals are lost, some or all components are lost, but the main product is intact.
• Damage level 3: The product has internal defects, technical defects, scratches, and wrinkles.

Standard orders on shelves:

• The goods must be placed in cardboard boxes or manufacturer's boxes to avoid direct dirt.
• The stored goods must be included in 5 or 10 packages for easy counting (using rubber bands, wire harnesses).
• Goods should be separated according to their shelf life, and goods with the same shelf life should not be stored in the same location.
• The goods must be neatly arranged in the specified direction to avoid water flow or damage caused by the manufacturer's incorrect instructions.
• Place the goods on shelves or pallets.

Detailed rules for each project:

1. Cosmetics and functional foods

a. Goods with faucets, nuts, and open covers

For this type of goods, it is obviously important to ensure that the product does not open the lid to avoid damage during transportation and affect other goods in the order.

- Requirement: The product must be sealed/circulated or wrapped in gauze before storage.

• Rotating hose/hose/fragile shutter cover with contacts: Use shrink film and transparent tape to avoid opening/rotating the cover/hose during transportation.

Note: For flip and spin products: The customer monitors the failure rate to determine the need for additional reinforcement when purchasing. This is not a mandatory requirement, but please note that these products may experience failure rates during transportation.

b. Imported goods, foreign labels

The goods must be labeled with Vietnamese additional labels and the original labels must be retained before storage

Sub label rules:

• The size of letters and numbers must be sufficient for reading with the naked eye.
• The colors of letters, numbers, graphics, images, symbols, and symbols on the label must be clear.
• The goods must be marked with the following mandatory content in Vietnamese: the name of the goods, the name and address of the organization and individual responsible for the goods, the origin of the goods, instructions for use, and safety instructions for use (if any), The production date or shelf life should be clearly and quantitatively expressed in net weight or volume.

Label position:

• The position of the label must be confirmed by the customer or operations department.
• The goods label must be displayed on the goods, and the commercial packaging of the goods should be in an easily identifiable position, fully understanding the specified content of the label, without the need to disassemble the details and parts of the goods, and should not conceal the mandatory content of the original label.
• If the outer packaging cannot be opened or cannot be opened, there must be a label on the outer packaging that fully explains the required content.

2. Household appliances and electronic products

a. The goods are rolled (fragile, scratched) and do not have the manufacturer's box.

• The products inspected before storage must be intact, free from scratches, deformation, and dirt.
• The product must be sealed with airbags/polyethylene (at least 2 layers) and must not be exposed to the outside, including pans, pots, etc.
• Stamps and barcodes for products after classification and packaging
• Load the cardboard box.

b. The goods are pre packaged/packaged by the manufacturer. EFEX is only responsible for transporting goods to customers and not for packaging

• The bonded goods must be intact, fresh, and show no signs of deformation, moisture, or damage
• The interior of the product requires shockproof materials (sponge, suction, hard paper, etc.)
• The quality inspection box should be hard

3. Fashion, footwear, mattresses, bedding.

• The product must be sealed in a sealed box/bag and must not be opened to expose the product or any dirt or insects that may enter.
• Warranty products must be in good condition, new, free from contamination, dirt, torn shells, and packaging.

4. High value goods (electronics, refrigeration, etc.)

• There must be a complete label and a complete seal.
• The cargo box must be new (without scratches, deformation, tears).
• Before moving the goods to the warehouse location, please read external warnings (if any) to avoid risks.

5. The goods are a physical combination

• Before processing the combination, the input team must obtain detailed instructions (content and photos, videos) about the combination packaging: stamp location, combination packaging requirements, attachments, etc.
• Combo packaging must be processed before entering the warehouse and brought onto pallets/pallets to avoid any errors.

6. Books/publications

• This book is not dirty, torn, or curled.
• Books must be sealed and packaged in plastic or cardboard boxes or PE to avoid dirt during storage and packaging.

7. Glass and ceramic products (fragile)

a. The goods are fragile goods (glass, ceramics, plastic products, hard products, etc.).

• The product must be packaged well and undamaged. If there are any suspicious, old, or debris signs, internal inspection should be carried out
• The interior must be secured with airbags or clips around the product
• Insert soft paper into the interior of an empty product
• The goods are complete sets of goods (including goods with multiple products in the same set, which require privacy engineering using soft paper/cloth or water buckets. At the same time, products placed in the same container must be separated to prevent impact

b. The goods are an easily detachable bottle

• The interlayer with the product must be packaged separately with airbags/soft water drums or paper
• Fix the ring with soft paper and wrap it with a PE layer (for circular goods, clamp)

8. Full container and individual purchases

• For products stored in two forms: packaging and separation, the original product packaging must be labeled with distinguishing labels according to regulations to avoid storage errors.

The label on the box contains 1000 retail products.

This is a set, not separate

• Therefore, you must use a new barcode for management (different from the original barcode).

9. Goods are dry goods, candy.

• Food must be new, unpacked, fully packaged and stamped with the manufacturer's stamp.
• The goods must be guaranteed for at least 6 months. Less than 6 months, need to be confirmed by the seller.
• It must be sealed in a bottle/airbag/container/bottle, and the package should be sealed to prevent the product from leaking.

10. High value goods

• New goods
• The box is not twisted or scratched.
• Goods with clear labels cannot be torn.
• The goods should be neatly placed in cardboard boxes and should not leave them, ensuring that there are no dirt, dents, or indentations during storage.
